FAI Cup Glory for Leanne Kiernan

6th year student Leanne Kiernan was the star of the show as Shelbourne ran out 5-0 victors in the Women’s FAI Cup final.

Kiernan claimed a hat-trick as Shels gained revenge on Wexford Youths, who beat them on penalties in last year’s final.

Leanne claimed the Player of the Match Award following her stunning display.

This rounds off a phenomenal few weeks for the very talented Leanne Kiernan as she was also the star of Ireland’s U19 team in their qualifying rounds for the European championships.
